Welcome artist.
If you are here you are looking to display (and sell) some artwork at the Lyceum.
In the interest of complete transparency the following should be made clear up front.
- The Lyceum believes that art is GOOD.
- The Lyceum believes that art NEEDS to be affordable in order to gain exposure.
- The Lyceum believes that exposure is WORTH something.
- The Lyceum is, if the work fits our mission/plan, willing to exhibit the work as follows:
Flat artwork(several locations)
- Max 26" high.
- Max 216" wide
Sculpture (one location)
- 36" wide,
- 36" deep
- 36" tall
COST:
All artwork must be available for purchase at $100 or less.
DURATION:
The Lyceum will endeavor, but not guarantee, to show the work for 60 days, or until sold.
SPLIT:
The Lyceum will keep 1/2 the sales price and forward the other half to the artist within 30 days of clearance of payment.
SHIPPING:
Artist is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the Lyceum.
INSURANCE
The Lyceum cannot be responsible for any damage to the artist's work If the artist desires it to be insured the artist must arrange and pay for the insurance..
